Welcome! My name is Amanda, I am the conductor of this crazy train. Hope you’re ready for some bad jokes and weird humor sprinkled into this advice, vent, and whatever else this encompasses, blog.

I wanted to start this as part journal and part resource. A lot of the local resources will be things that can be found or used in MA. I will try and include as many national resources as I can and if you want to add any, please you reach out or comment below!

On this journey I hope you laugh, feel seen, find understanding, and get help. I am corny, real, and what you see is what you get. Something’s may feel troupe, but that’s only because they’re cliques that work!

Hello, I’m Amanda, foster mom extradordinaire

Another day, another blog. What makes this one special? Well me for starters. My story might have a lot in common with yours, or we might not have any similarities. Either way, that’s okay! Nothing here is going to say you’re doing something wrong because I/we/they don’t do it that way. We all raise our babies differently, sometimes even within the same family. This is a brief glimpse into how we have and are raising ours, however briefly, helping them eventually break the cycle.
